This versatile railroad engineer (also known as train conductor cap) style flat top hat has an adjustable belt closure on the back that adjusts 22.8-23.6 inches, which fits most men's head circumference, and you can adjust it to fit your needs. The crown with flat top shape is constructed out of 3 panel of cotton reinforced with a hatband. Stiff and pre-curved bill measures around 2.95 inches standard long. Please allow a little differences on sizes due to manual measurements.
